If your report does not arrive within 24 hours, or arrives broken or empty, we refund you in full.
If you are unhappy for another reason, reply to your payment receipt within 14 days and tell us why; we refund when we cannot fix the problem.
Watching ($19 a month) can be cancelled anytime from the link in your receipt; it stops at the end of the month you paid for.
